The Department of War is honored to welcome such a strong, diverse, and highly driven group of individuals as the program’s sixth cohort. Each McCain Fellow exemplifies extraordinary qualities which have positioned them to be the best candidates to become future senior leaders in the Department of War.
McCain Fellows are making an impact across the Department as mission support personnel within the Office of the Secretary of Defense. Through their placement, leadership development and mentorships, the McCain Fellows will build on their existing talent while they bring forth innovative new approaches to pressing challenges.
