The Department of Defense is honored to welcome such a strong, diverse, and highly driven group of individuals as the program’s fourth cohort.
McCain Fellows are making an impact across the Department as mission support personnel within the Office of the Secretary of Defense and the Offices of the Secretaries of the Military Departments (Department of the Army, Department of the Navy, and the Department of the Air Force). Through their placement, leadership development and mentorships, the McCain Fellows will build on their existing talent while they bring forth innovative new approaches to pressing challenges.
