Acceptable Badges for DoD Shuttle Use:

  • Common Access Cards (CAC)
  • Pentagon Facilities Alternative Credential (PFAC)
  • Mark Center shuttles only accept CACs
  • Route 2 will also accept State Department badges
  • Route 7 will accept Congressional badges in addition to the aforementioned badges

Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled departure.

Route 2: Pentagon (PTC Bay L9) – State Department – OPM – New Executive Office Building 

Regular service schedule.
First bus departs PTC at 7:30 a.m. Last bus ends at PTC at 5:10 p.m. (Drop-off only).
Frequency: every 60 minutes.

Route 3: Pentagon (PTC Bay L10) – Crystal City 

Regular service schedule.
First shuttle departs PTC at 7:00 a.m. Last shuttle ends at PTC at 6:04 p.m. (Drop-off only).
Frequency: every 30 minutes.

DHHQ: Pentagon (PTC Bay L9) – DHHQ Meeting 

Regular service schedule.
Shuttle runs from 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
Frequency: every 30 minutes.

DHHQ: Pentagon (PTC Bay L9) – DHHQ Commuter 

Regular service schedule.
Shuttle runs in the morning from 6:00 a.m. – 8:10 a.m. and in the afternoon/evening from 4:00 p.m. – 6:45 p.m.
Frequency: every 20-35 minutes.

Route 6: Pentagon (PTC Bay L11) – National Guard Bureau/Arlington Hall 

Regular service schedule.
First bus departs PTC at 5:25 a.m. Last bus ends at PTC at 7:10 p.m. (Drop-off only).
Frequency: varies.

Route 7: Pentagon (PTC Bay L10) – Capitol Hill 

Regular service schedule. Serves the PTC, Rayburn House Office Building and Dirksen Senate Building only. The General Accountability Office (GAO) stop will not be served.
First bus departs PTC at 9:00 a.m. Last bus ends at PTC at 5:41 p.m. (Drop-off only).
Frequency: every 30 minutes.

Route 8: Pentagon (PTC Bay L9) – Washington Navy Yard 

Limited service schedule.
Shuttle runs from 8:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. (no service from 11:01 a.m. – 11:59 a.m.).
Frequency: every 60 minutes.

Route 9: Pentagon (PTC Bay L10) – Joint Base Myer-Henderson Hall 

Regular service schedule.
A.M. Schedule: First bus departs PTC at 6:10 a.m. Last bus departs PTC at 7:58 a.m.
P.M. Schedule: First bus departs PTC at 3:54 p.m. Last bus departs PTC at 5:50 p.m.

Route 10N (Pentagon Circulator North): Pentagon (PTC Bay U8) – North Parking 

Regular service schedule.
First bus departs PTC at 6:00 a.m. Last bus departs PTC at 5:50 p.m.
Last bus ends at the PTC at 6:00 p.m. (Drop-off only).
Frequency: every 10 minutes.

Route 10S (Pentagon Circulator South): Pentagon (PTC Bay U8) – Hayes Street/Fern Street Lots 

Regular service schedule.
First bus departs PTC at 6:05 a.m. Last bus departs PTC at 5:55 p.m.
Last bus ends at PTC at 6:01 p.m. (Drop-off only).
Frequency: every 10 minutes.

Route 11: Pentagon (PTC Bay L9) – Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling 

Limited service schedule.
First bus departs PTC at 9:00 a.m. Last bus ends at JBAB at 2:25 p.m. (Drop-off only).
Frequency: varies.

Suffolk Express: Pentagon (PTC Bay L11) – Suffolk Building 

Regular service schedule.
First bus departs PTC at 6:15 a.m. Last bus ends at PTC at 6:45 p.m. (Drop-off only).
Frequency: every 30 minutes.

Pilot Shuttle Route: Suffolk Building – Mark Center (MCS Bay 5) 

Regular mid-day service schedule.
First bus departs Suffolk Building at 10:00 a.m. Last bus ends at Suffolk Building at 2:30 p.m. (Drop-off only).
Frequency: every 30 minutes.

Pilot Shuttle Route: King Street – Mark Center (MCS Bay 4) – King Street-Old Town Metro 

Regular service schedule.
A.M. Schedule: First bus departs King St-Old Town Station at 6:10 a.m. Last bus departs King St-Old Town Station 8:30 a.m.
P.M. Schedule: First bus departs Mark Center Station at 3:03 p.m. Last bus departs Mark Center Station 5:13 p.m.

Route A90: Pentagon (PTC Bay U6) – Mark Center (MCS Bay 1) 

Regular service schedule.
First bus departs PTC at 5:40 a.m. Last bus ends at PTC at 6:56 p.m. (Drop-off only).
Frequency: every 10 minutes during peak periods; every 15 minutes during non-peak hours.

Franconia-Springfield Shuttle: Mark Center (MCS Bay 5) – Franconia-Springfield Metro 

Regular service schedule.
Shuttle runs in the morning from 5:33 a.m. – 9:35 a.m. and in the afternoon/evening from 3:20 p.m. – 7:07 p.m.

Note: There are two pick-up and drop-off locations:

  • Franconia/Springfield Metrorail station - Taxi terminal inside the Kiss & Ride garage
  • Mark Center Station - Bus Bay 5
