February 2025 Claims
We request that you submit your February 2025 claim for Mass Transportation Benefits to maintain required internal controls. If you plan to commute in February, please submit your claim between January 1st and January 15th by accessing the link below. If you do not require subsidy for February 2025, please do not submit a claim.

Should you have trouble submitting your claim, contact us by phone or email. We are standing by to assist. Note that unused benefits from January WILL NOT ROLL OVER to February.
IMPORTANT NOTE: MTBP participants that use a third-party transportation provider (VRE, MARC Train, MTA Maryland, Vanpools and others) will need to coordinate directly with their third-party provider should they choose to cancel or suspend their ticket order for February 2025. Not submitting a claim will stop funding to a SmarTrip® card but DOES NOT cancel an obligation to fund recurring ticket purchases from the third-party provider. If the MTB claim is not submitted, and a recurring payment is still in effect, billing will default from the SmarTrip® to the alternate form of payment on file, usually a credit card.
