Our strategic goals complement the strategic goals of DA&M.

The Office of EEOD is responsible for the implementation of: Civilian Office of Equal Employment Opportunity and Diversity and Processes, Military Equal Opportunity Process Information and Referral, the Alternative Dispute Resolution Program, and Affirmative Employment and Diversity Initiatives. EEOD is the sole agency authorized source to process civilian complaints of alleged discrimination within the Office of the Secretary of Defense, Joint Chiefs of Staff, and Defense Agencies and Field Activities serviced by WHS. The Office processes complaints of discrimination in accordance with 29 Code of Federal Regulations Part 1614, Equal Employment Opportunity Commission directives, and DoD Administrative Instruction No. 9 which outlines the agency's complaint process.
