Voluntary Campaign Management Office

The Human Resources Directorate of the Washington Headquarters Services includes the Voluntary Campaign Management Office (VCMO) which performs the following functions:

  • Manages the annual DoD Combined Federal Campaign, the DoD U.S. Savings Bonds Campaign, the Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD) Blood Donations Campaign, and Special Emergency/Disaster Fundraising for DoD when specifically directed by the White House/Office of Personnel Management
  • Establishes policy for all DoD voluntary campaigns and provides operational guidance for conducting these campaigns
