Policy and Program Integration

The Policy and Program Integration Division of the WHS Human Resources Directorate (HRD) provides the following services:

Provides advice on emerging initiatives affecting policy, service delivery, and collaboration with the Office of the Secretary of Defense, Washington Headquarters Services, the Defense Agencies, and DoD Field Activities
Focuses on long-range planning for human capital initiatives and provides a strategic perspective for integrated products and services for HRD clients
Provides metrics and reporting for clients
