Administrative Instruction No. 37 outlines procedures and timeframes to follow when initiating, advancing, and acting on grievances and identifies subjects covered and excluded from coverage under the Administrative Grievance Procedure.
Bargaining Unit employees may be required to file grievances under the negotiated grievance procedure. Negotiated grievances procedures can be found in your organization's collective bargaining agreement.
