Voluntary Campaign Management Office

  • Manages the annual Department of Defense (DoD) Combined Federal Campaign, the DoD U.S. Savings Bonds Campaign, the Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD) Blood Donations Campaign and Special Emergency/Disaster Fundraising for DoD when specifically directed by the White House/Office of Personnel Management.
  • Establishes policy for all DoD voluntary campaigns and provides operational guidance for conducting these campaigns.
