The Alterations Work Group (AWG)

As part of the Federal Facilities Division High Performing Organization program, AWG strives to be efficient and effective in meeting or exceeding customer needs, providing the best level of service, and a high degree of quality.

Our Mission

  • Support all occupant agencies space alteration & renovation needs in the form of construction, design, and inspection to customers in the Pentagon, Federal Office Building #2 (Navy Annex), United States Court of Appeals for the Armed Forces (USCAAF), Hybla Valley Federal Office Building and other Pentagon Reservation buildings in the National Capital Region.

  • Ensure 100% customer satisfaction by communicating, listening, and educating customers.

  • Provide customers with the right people that have the necessary aptitude, knowledge base, and expertise to manage and complete each job.

  • Provide state-of-the-art, outstanding customer service, quick work order response times.

  • Carry out assigned tasks with integrity and remain dedicated to the goals, objectives and strategies of AWG and the FFD Strategic Plan.

  • Exercise overall manpower responsibilities, construction requirements, contract management, and COR tasking when managing its reimbursable workload.
